Our delivery service is available six days a week, from Monday to Saturday, with Saturday deliveries available for an additional fee.
Upon delivery
Please inspect your tiles carefully. If you have any concerns or are unsatisfied with your order, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.
All products are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. Once we accept your order, we will make every reasonable effort to deliver your products by the agreed date, as stated in our Order Confirmation. If no specific delivery date is provided, we aim to deliver within 30 days from your order date. If delays occur, we will inform you promptly.
You are responsible for making the necessary arrangements to receive the delivery at the specified time. If you are unable to accept the delivery or if the delivery is delayed or prevented due to your actions, you may be liable for any additional costs incurred.
Please Note:
Delivery is classified as kerbside delivery.
The external delivery company will bring the pallet to your property but is not responsible for bringing it inside. They will not carry it upstairs in flats, apartments, or business premises. The driver may offer to leave the pallet in a garage, provided the area is flat and accessible. For gravel driveways, the pallet will be dropped as close to the property as possible.
It is essential to inform us of any potential delivery challenges, such as road closures, height or weight restrictions, narrow streets, or other issues.
You will be provided with a delivery "day" at the time of your order. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as additional charges may apply if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful. Deliveries require a signature and will not be left unattended.
While drivers are generally instructed to call one hour before delivery, we cannot guarantee this, as we rely on an external delivery service.
